Next date: March 11th – 14th 2021
Riverside Lifestyle Cottage, Barton Stacey, Hampshire, SO21 3QJ
The retreat begins on Thursday, in the early evening with a warming dinner, introduction to your companions for the weekend and an optional, but highly recommended drumming workshop to start the unwind.
Over the following 3 days you will have time to examine what’s important to you and what challenges you face in life and work. We explore some techniques from the field of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and use the insightful work of Brene Brown to develop strategies for flourishing.
There is optional use of art, music, other media and reading to create the space needed to have a break from daily life and there is plenty of time for rest. The retreat venue is a very peaceful setting, surrounded by beautiful, quiet countryside which you can explore over the weekend.
All food will be provided from Thursday evening until Sunday breakfast. You will need to let us know if you have any special dietary requirements.
The retreat ends before lunch on Sunday.
It will be a small group of 5-6 participants at the most and the retreat is open to all medical doctors.
The cost of the retreat will be £495 per person for a twin share, or £595 per person for a single room. This includes all food, the beautiful accommodation, a one to one session with Sandy or Sam and the full experience.
There is a bursary of £100 for members of the Wessex RCGP. Enquire when booking. Any profit is given to the Royal Medical Benevolent Fund. https://rmbf.org/
Payment Terms – The full balance will be required on booking to secure your place. Subject to availability.
Cancellation Terms – Bookings would only be refunded 8 weeks or more before the retreat, which would give us time to offer your place to someone else. If we are not able to re-book your place, unfortunately we would be unable to give you a refund.
